Authenteq recognized in Gartner’s newest Market Guide for Identity Proofing and Corroboration
Authenteq, the leading provider of automated identity verification solutions, built on the principles of privacy by design, has been recognized as a Representative Vendor in Gartner’s latest “Market Guide for Identity Proofing and Corroboration”1 published on 30th of September 2019. According to the report, “seeking high confidence in the identity of customers continues to be an imperative. Security and risk management leaders responsible for fraud prevention must orchestrate a number of capabilities to bring identity proofing use cases within organizational risk tolerance.”
Authenteq was named as a Representative Vendor among several other identity proofing and corroboration providers. According to the report, “Representative Vendors were selected on the basis of one or both of the following: frequent inquiry by Gartner clients about that vendor for identity proofing use cases, vendor offers capabilities supporting identity proofing and corroboration in a way that is unique, innovative and/or demonstrates a forward-looking product strategy.”
One of the recommendations of this report is “invest in tools that enable orchestration of multiple vendors and capabilities, allowing frictionless workflows to be created and data to be combined into a single unified, rather than disparate, process.” To us, this is exactly what Authenteq’s Automated Identity Verification and Authentication solutions provide.
A key finding of the Market Guide states that “The identity of customers, both new and returning, can be proven with different degrees of confidence, depending on the effort and cost spent, and the use cases in question. There is usually no “one-size-fits-all” approach“. We know that this is true, although we do offer identity verifications for web and mobile, including native, that are affordable and easy for businesses to adopt and even easier for customers to use; we believe it is safe to say that Authenteq may not fit all, but it fits most.
